Our bespoke end-to-end coffee service is all inclusive. Here's what you'll get as part of your service, regardless of what package you choose:-
Our experienced events team provides dedicated event and cart consultation in the lead-up to your event, with timely replies and proactive guidance so you have all the support you need. We tailor the service to your brief, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with your vision, venue, and guest flow.

At the heart of your service is our iconic, one-of-a-kind coffee cart. It serves as a premium focal point during service and doubles as a stylish backdrop for photos that capture the moment beautifully (at no extra cost).

Your coffee is prepared by a team of expert baristas - usually one or two, depending on the size and format of your event - so you can count on efficient service and consistently exceptional beverages from first cup to last.

We use premium ingredients across the board, including our specialty‑roasted beans and quality MILKLAB milks. Full cream and lactose‑free options come standard, with alternative and specialty milks available on request to cater for a range of preferences and dietary needs.

All beverages are served in Delfiore Carts disposable drinkware for a polished, professional finish that suits any setting. You are welcome to provide your own drinkware to suit your theme, or chat to us about our glass drinkware available for hire.

We manage the full bump in and bump out at no extra cost, ensuring a smooth setup and pack‑down with minimal disruption to your event.

Travel within two hours of the Sydney CBD is included for your convenience. For events beyond this radius, additional travel charges apply and can be quoted upon your enquiry.

For a refined, on‑brand touch, cart monogramming is available on request so your styling stays cohesive. An additional charge applies for production, while our in‑house design support is complimentary to help you achieve a perfect match with your event aesthetic.

Our signature selection of homemade dolci caffè brings dessert and coffee together. Featuring our much-loved Tiramisu Latte, inspired by Italy’s most iconic dessert, alongside rotating sweet coffee creations crafted to feel comforting, indulgent, and unmistakably Italian.

Straight from Italy, Caffè Crema is the ultimate dessert in a cup. Long-extracted, silky espresso with a naturally rich crema made entirely in-house - smooth, luxurious, and perfect as a refined alternative to traditional desserts. A quiet showstopper for true coffee (and Italy) lovers.

Your Questions, Answered

Our cart can operate in any indoor and outdoor venue (pending weather).
All we need is a stable 10AMP outlet for our machine (an extra outlet will be required for any additional extras that require power).
Access to a sink is also preferred but not required.

Our baristas and servers will usually wear a refined outfit with colours including white, beige and espresso brown.
If your event has a particular style or colour scheme you would like us to align with, let us know as soon as possible and we can make it happen. This also includes custom aprons on request.

Our cart has the following dimensions:
- 1250mm length
- 900mm width
- 1450mm height (for access), between 2000mm and 2500mm height with canopy (adjustable)
We will work with you to ensure the cart can fit at your chosen venue.

At the moment we only offer our Coffee Cart in Italian white.
Our Coffee Cart canopy comes in espresso brown stripe, but we are looking to add more canopy colours to our collection soon!

Final guest numbers are due before final payment, seven days prior to your event.

To ensure monogramming can be completed and approved by yourself, we kindly ask that any customisation is requested and coordinated with us, seven days prior to your event.

As per our Terms & Conditions, deposits and final payment are required as follows:
- a 10% Deposit to secure the booking;
- 30% Deposit progress payment required 45 days from original issue date; and
- remaining balance due 7 days prior to event.

All we need is space for the cart and in most cases a BOH (Back of House) trestle table behind. All up this should be around 4m² minimum.

Ideally, we require up to 1.5hrs before service and up to 1hr after service.
If we can set up prior to your event starting that will be best case scenario, and we will return for the service period.
